Amy Lou Adams, full name Amy Lou Adams (born 20 August 1974 Aviano Italy), American actress. Amy Lou Adams is famous as a naive character who delight and are adored by critics. Adams was born in Italy and her father was in the U.S. military and she was raised in Castle Rock Colorado as one of seven children. She began dancing and acting professionally in the mid-1990s with Boulder Dinner Theatre, and later the Country Dinner Playhouse. She then moved to a regional theatre in Minnesota where she was cast as a character in a film mock documentary concerning beauty pageant contests Drop Dead Gorgeous (1999). The actress moved to Los Angeles after making her debut as a good-natured but naive contestant. Also, she raised Kelly Curtis, Jamie Lee Curtis. Leigh was picked up by actress Norma Shearer and agreed to sign a contract with MGM in the 1940s. In the decade that followed her appearances in numerous well-known films like Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho (1960) and Living It Up by Martin Lewis and Martin Lewis (a 1955 film).
