Beautiful pics of Tamara Day and Sarah Stiles feet & legs
While I had one baby with me, and other babies with me in the cradle worked 12 hours a day grinding floors and cutting off wallpaper. Ha! Everything was starting to fall into place, however it was not quite done. The home would require an enormous amount of work as well as a passion to shop. To keep the budget in check, I began attending estate sales along with my three boys searching for jewels in the rough. Our weekly routine that consisted of spending the week of Thursday to Saturday scouring estate and garage sales, purchasing new and old things. I spent the rest of the week working on painting and sanding the driveway. It was a bit like it... That's where my passion for the restoration of furniture first began. It didn't matter if our house had already been decorated. I had a space on the local market, and sold pieces there. Eventually I had more pieces that I could decide how to use them and outgrew the space. In my own home, I would host open houses, where over 1000 guests could visit and buy any item they wanted on the first floor within a single weekend. Growing Days was founded in my own home. Growing Days was not only an extremely successful company, it was as well my family. As a young mom, I found the right balance to both start my own business as well as be a good mother. Growing Days seemed like the ideal fit. The year 2013 was the year my daughter Nora was our fourth baby. I loved where my business was taking me, but I felt like I needed a break. I decided to step back and spend some time in my home with my family. The time was right. Within a couple of months, the phone began to begin to. The people who called me were seeking help for the interior decoration and renovations. They were mostly people that came to my residence to buy furniture. The time flew by before I managed a large-scale home renovation company. It began with taking clients on one with a speed I felt at ease with. You would probably have laughed at me had I had told you that it would be the foundation of an DIY Network tv series. Actually I still kind of smile when I think about the idea.
